Anyone know what this is?

Arua, Uganda(Zone 11)

I bought this tree in Kampala in a rush (as all my trips seem to be). At the time I thought it was a palm which now I look at it is obviously not. But its leaf structure is quite distinctive.

I don't know what the flowers are like. Any ideas?

Thanks

I've looked for hours on the internet for this plant. I remember seeing it over at my neighbors house, and had a discussion on what a strange looking palm tree it was. (his is a palm tree). Your plant resembles it closely. I will ask for the name next time I see him.

It is Filicium decipiens, Fern Tree. A member of the Soapberry Family, Sapindaceae, and native to tropical Africa.
