2 Martha White or other small cornbread mixes.
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 c sauteed sweet red peppers
1 small sauteed sweet onion
cooked chicken jalapeno sausage, 2 links, cut into small dice
1 can cream style corn
1/2 stick of buttery spread or butter itself
Pour into lasagne pan and bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
Could also be made more breakfasty with more eggs, more milk, and possibly some cheese?
Help me tweak this, we loved it, it sliced nicely and we wrapped individual pieces in plastic wrap so they can be nuked for lunch.
