Hib Experts - Sticky Bubble Ooze on Hibiscus Leaf

Does anyone know what this is, and what it means? I don't see any insects - or at least not yet. Or, is it a release of water pressure from overwatering? Any assistance would be most appreciated. Snug

Looks like insect damage from what I can appreciate through the photo and that the leaves tried to heal the itself and produce some kind of scar on it, some insect attack plants and move on to another spot. I would spay it just in case with some neem oil or something you miet have at hand as a prevention to insect attacks.

Or it could be a virus of some sort that I'm hopping its not, do you have a photo of the whole plant that could give us a better view and is this the only leaves to show up with these abnormality.

Wilfred, thank you for viewing the problem. I have added more pics below.

The whole plant:

Here's another pic of the underside of one leaf. The photo seems to be more revealing than my eyesight! I was away when this happened, and I'll be sure to give it a Neem Bath ASAP, and hope this solves the problem. Thank You again. Snug, :o)

Doesn't look good - the pic is top and backlit:

Really looks like it as some form of mints on it, so small that they are almost the size of dust. When you spay it also drench the soil to get rid of any that may be beneath the soil, hope this will help you and your hib.

Wilfred - I gave it a Neem Bath--It's a Black Dragon that has not bloomed yet; but now I need to just hope for the best. I appreciate your help/observations. Snug, :o)
