Has anyone tried using on eof these infrared saunas. I see they are recommended by many doctors and am thinking of trying this treatment to help with my PAD (peripheral arterial disease).
The place where Steve gets his acupuncture has the sauna and charges $30 for a 1/2 hr. session. Just wondering if anyone else has done this - I have read it is much better for you than a typical steam or dry sauna treatment?
