Has anyone had experience using the tiny balls of Bocconcini cheese at a party? I was thinking of marinating them in ??? (Italian dressing, pesto, other?) and serving them with toothpicks at a huge open house I have. Should be something quite easy. If I want to get fancier, I've seen recipes for half balls served on toothpicks with half a grape tomato and some basil. Any other ideas?
