CLOSED: What kind of bird is this?

While in Austin, Tx, visiting my son and daughter-in-law, I saw these birds hanging around the parking lot of McDonalds.

Does anyone know what kind of bird it is?

Humm, I wonder if the black bird in the foreground is some kind of Grackle. Come to think of it, are both of them Grackles, even though one's brown and the other's black?

Yep, Boat-tailed Grackles all - black ones are adult male, brown ones female and immature (males only turn black when they're about a year old).
