I got a message while shutting down my computer - that other useres were on it , and did I really want to shut it down. Have I been hacked?

DH said that this message is coming up every time that he shuts down too (since he moved to Korea 12 months ago. I got here in September, and this just strted on mine.

We have McAffee & Windows Defender and they both say that everything is AOK.
