Christmas Party

Auburn, AL(Zone 8a)

Our party is Saturday...ya know how you send out 40 invites and expect 20 of them to say yes...well 37 have RSVP'd yes, including spouse the headcount right now is up to 55 ..0.0 my house is going to be bursting! At the end of last week the weather gave me hope saying that the outside temps where going to be in the low 50's. So with the outside stand heater (the type that looks like a big lamp post) it would have been alright for people to mingle outside...now they say the low is going to be in the mid to high 30's. I'd rather people didn't go upstairs, cause we haven't finished painting, replacing doors etc not to mention I don't have time to do a kick butt cleaning on the bedrooms.

So far I've made:

8 doz buttermilk tea biscuits (in the freezer ready to cook)
4 doz little smokies wrapped in bacon and dipped in brown sugar (in fridge ready to cook)
4 doz mini bacon, leek & cheddar quiches
4 doz Italian puff pastry thingies (artichoke, parm cheese, italian spices, mozz cheese, egg yolks, parm bread crumbs in a puff pastry) Freezer ready to cook
4 doz cheese straws
4 doz sausage balls
4 doz gingerbread men
4 doz sugar cookies (X-mas trees, balls, stars and holly shaped) Will decorate these as well as the gingerbread men Friday morning.
1 lb curry spiced nuts

I'm also having

mozzarella balls (cheese, cherry tom, basil and prosciutto ham)
Salmon cheesecake (more like a pate)
sliced spiral ham & sliced turkey breast (served with the biscuits & party bread)
cream cheese/ hatch pepper pinwheel
crab mixture in fillo dough
spinach dip with toasted french bread
hummus on cucumber rounds with greek yogurt and roasted red peppers as garnish
cheese tray w/crackers

cheesecake
red velvet cake
coconut cake
German chocolate cake

egg nog
apple cider
coffee
hot tea
cokes

anyone think of anything else that's quick and easy?
