UTI pain medicine

I use to have uti's every year. As a result of some really painful times I have kept the RX for pain in my travel bag @ all times. My daughter just called asking for 1 of my pills to hold her over until AM when she can get to her dr. She has been given the same RX so it is safe. But, I just found out that there is an OTC for this pain. I clipped and pasted the following from the website of Cystex:
