Hibiscus Acetosella cuttings for postage

I have a question about hibiscus cuttings. I want to propagate backups of my plants. What is the best way to do tropical hibiscus cuttings in winter? I guess I have H. rosa sinensis plants. Thank you.

3jsmom31, if you will go to the sticky right above this message & go through them until you find one that says, "Wilfred's cutting/rooting tutorial" it will give you all the information you need to cut & root your Hibs. Explained with pictures of each step. Its fantastic & is working great for me.
