Looking for cuttings of the old fashioned, pendant type Christmas Cactus that you may have inherited from your grandmother. (Schlumbergera bridgesii or x buckleyi) This variety has smaller, more scalloped stem segments than other Schlumbergera.

In exchange I have two types of Aeschynanthus longicaulis cuttings: regular and the "kewform" type, Codonanthe luteola (limited), Hoya australis ssp keysii, and Columnea Krakatoa . I also have MANY different kinds of hosta seeds, and tetraploid daylily seeds from my hybridizing program.
Thanks in advance!
Wanted: Schlumbergera bridgesii or x buckleyi cuttings
LiliMerci- yes, that looks like the kind of christmas cactus that I am looking for! Was there something that I had that you would be interested to trade for?
this "older" xmas cactus has not bloomed for me yet. Do you want to wait to hear back from my friend to find out the color?
I am less interested in color than I am in "type." I like the truncata type hybrids, but my real favorites are the x buckleyi types.
I used to have an awesome collection of Schlumbergera, but when we moved to our new home, I had to leave them behind in the old house for about a month before I could retrieve them. They didn't make it. :-( I had Welling Cherry, and a bunch of others that were really neat. Now that we're settled in the new house, I'd like to try again.
I just bought Kris Kringle, Gold Charm, and one that looks like Peach Parfait, but has really neat rounded off petals, so I don't think that's what it is. Would like to start off with just some different things, but particularly the x buckleyi ones.
Lilimerci, I dmailed you. Dori, whatever you have extras of is great, but I don't have too many Schlumbergera to offer right now.
