How cold is too cold?

I noticed on the weather report that the temp is going down to 38 on Friday. This is my first year to have plumerias growing in my garden. I usually have them in pots and bring them inside. Should I dig up those that are in the ground?

You don't need to, Annette, but make sure you don't have the sprinklers running when it is that cold.
