Have just spent some time in Germany. Friends of ours there serve a cut of lamb that they call "Lamme Lachse". VERY tender and tasty. I'm wondering if anyone knows what cut it is if I go to a butcher in North America. Maybe the filet? I've never really liked or cooked lamb, but if I could find this I would.
We also enjoyed Quark Strudel a couple of times and I'm wondering if anyone has a recipe for it.
