Amounts in packages

Is there a chart or site somewhere that has the amt by ounces or other measurements(tsp,T) of items bought in packages such as yeast,knox gelatin etc.
I buy in bulk a lot and most things don't have the amounts on them and since a lot of recipes call for a certain # of packets,a chart would be helpful.
I've looked in lots of my cookbooks and can't find one.
At one time I thought I had one but apparently I was mistaken.
