CLOSED: Whistling Kite?

I took several shots of this bird at Herdsman's Lake yesterday. I think it's a Whistling Kite. Can this be confirmed?

#2 I thought at first that it may have been a Square-tailed Kite, but the tail doesn't match up.

Beautiful shots Margaret!! I looked up Whistling Kite and I think your correct , here's a link http://www.birdphotos.com.au/Whistling%20kite/default.html I,m not confirming your bird as I don't know to many bird's in Australia as of yet. But the pictures on this site look just like your bird.
