I just separated and planted many daffodils. Can I plant perennials on top?

I don't see why not. New perennial growth can help hide deteriorating daffodil foliage.
I agree, as long as the perennials aren't too vigorous. You have to make the most of your space!
You can do it but if you are like me and you like to rearrange or divide the plants often.....you will chop into the bulbs below so be careful if you decide to move or divide the perennials. If they are spring blooming bulbs and you plant later blooming perennials it should work out nicely as one fades the other takes over.
