I am going to try this again. Last year I tried but not too successful. I need gravy for 6, min. I am going to use at least 4 wings and a few legs.
Do you suggest I roast these parts just as I would the whole bird?
Or the recipe I am looking at reads brown the wings on top of the stove and then place in stock pot w/ carrots, etc.
Make ahead turkey gravy?
