I bought some endive catalogna Emerald seeds from Burpee a while back, planted them in my raise bed and now I have lots of it growing, the onlly problem is the taste is a little too bitter for my tastebuds, I was hoping to add it to salads but it is just too bitter. I was wondering if there is another method of cooking this vegetable so the bitterness goes away, I don't mind a little bitter taste but this is just too much.
