Repot Passi 'Incense' Cutting when?

North Little Rock, AR(Zone 7b)

New to Passiflora vines.

I have just received a Passi 'Incense' cutting from Georgia Vines. I can see little roots in the bottom of the 8 oz cup it was shipped in.

When should I transplant it to a larger container?

Should I gradually step up the pot size or could it go directly into a very big pot?

My thanks for your time and advice.

Ok I grow mine in the house all year so don't ask me about overwintering, but I plant mine right into a big pot, I hope this helps

Hi Maryleek,
8 oz cup? By all means pot it on.
A little research might be in order. There are some Passiflora, and I can't remember them all right now, that won't bloom well in large pots. You might have fun growing P. incarnata in a clay pot, because the roots will grow into the pot walls! It likes clay.
