I'm just guessing, but can anyone tell me if this might be a Cooper's or Sharp-shinned Hawk?

I would have to say juvenile Sharp-shinned Hawk. Would love to have seen a frontal shot, but the legs do look pencil thin and the tail has a squared off look to it, and I don't see much white on the tips of the tail feathers, (going by field guide) which states very slight difference's. I am posting a picture from Sunday of a Sharp-shinned Hawk, this bird was noticeably smaller than the Cooper's Ive seen. In 2008 in a neighbor's yard there were a pair of Cooper's who raised four chicks, and I was able to observe on a daily basis, the nest is still there (and deteriorating) but they did not return this year, only had a crappy camcorder to take pictures with but am posting one of those also.

Juvenile Cooper's Hawk, notice thicker legs and rounded tail edges and all were about 15 to 16 inches long.
