CLOSED: St Croix - Frigatebird

This bird was extremely high over our boat - I'm hoping to at least narrow it down - any chance it might be a magnificant frigatebird???

I'm going by the length of tail, shape of wings and the hook on the beak.

Magnificant Frigatebird is the only frigatebird that occurs in the Caribbean, so yes.

Thank you, thank you - I was hoping he wasn't too out of range. I was diving and had my camera in it's underwater housing. Try lifting that over your head with a few pounds of strobe attached.
