Need Recipe for Red Velvet Cake

I have never tasted nor made a Red Velvet Cake, but plan on making one for Thanksgiving and would like a really moist cake with cream cheese frosting.
Please share your favorite recipe.
Perhaps I will try a bite, just something about the red I can't get past.
