Does anyone make their own cat treats?

One of my cats loves peanut butter, and gets to lick a bit off of my fingers once in a while. He went nuts when I made peanut butter cookies, and although I relented and gave him a few morsels, I can't imagine that cookies are good for kitties. He would be so happy if he had peanut butter treats. The best part is that the other three cats are always stealing his food since he's a slow eater....and they don't like peanut butter.
