At a recent catered dinner, a cranberry salad was served that was excellent. It consisted of ground or chopped fresh cranberries, crushed pineapple, whipped cream or cool whip & marshmallows. There may be more ingredients, but these are the ones I am sure of. If anyone would have a recipe for this delicious salad, I would love to make it for Thanksgiving.
