I have never seen a varigated Lambs Ear... Very nice. Does it bloom also?

It would bloom if it got big enough. It doesn't grow as quickly as the regular color. I took this sprig off of the mother plant which has reverted back to the normal color and normal 'Take over the world' habits. I had several of these but they weren't strong growers.

I take it they grow like crazy?

The regular bluish-green ones grow like crazy, spread like wildfire. The only reason mine aren't a problem is because they are in big tubs. Easy to propagate, just grab a handful of smaller ones and stick the stems in dirt. The leaves are really neat though, soft and furry just like a lambs ear, hence the common name, Lambs Ear. Bees and hummers love the purplish blooms

I think your plant is a variegated sage, not stachys.
