Planting Zone Question

I hope somebody can steer me in the right direction. I need to know the planting zone for a small city in the Phillipines. It is called Bauang on the island of Luzon. La Union Province. Anybody know where I can get this info? Thanks.

I didn't find a planting zne number on the map but I did see where they are on the same plane as middle Africa. They are below Florida so would that put them below zone 10? How many zones are there anyway?

I think the highest I've ever heard of is 11. It says on that site that the average annual temp is 80 so I doubt they have anything called cool weather.
