Need Help: New Topic or Thread

Obviously a newbie. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to start a new topic or a new thread. All I can get is a "Reply To" option in the other forums. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Okay, see the forum title at the upper left, directly above your name, on whatever forum you want to post on? For instance on this one here, it says "Forum: Welcome Mat".
You'd click on "Welcome Mat".
On the next screen, look below the "Communities" tab (it'll be blue), and you'll see "Post a new thread." It'll bring you to the box in which to post your thread title and your post.
