CLOSED: what kind of bird is this

My neighbour and I have this bird in our gardens, she nests in the spruce trees along my fence line. This is the third year we have seen her although she is a little friendlier than the last two years. She has a funny hissing noise to warn off intruders and as you can see by her photo she is quite pretty. I call her She because we are pretty sure she is the only one around unless the other is sitting on the nest. She has become alot friendlier than the first year when she would attack anything. Can anyone tell us what breed of bird she is please.
