CLOSED: I thought Chipping, but another said Savannah.

All along, I've thought this was a Chipping Sparrow, but another birder saw the streaks on the breast and said it was a Savannah Sparrow. What do you all think?

I hope its a Savannah, that would be a new bird for me.

Here's a cropped pic of the same bird. I enhanced it with Picasa and now that I see the streaks, I am also thinking Savannah, not Chipping.
