Got the first bloom today on my P. miersii. Lots more buds too. This one was grown from seed.

That flower has 4 stigmas. I'd be curious to know if all the flowers contain 4 stigmas.
Yes, I noticed that too, but I suspect it was just a one-time thing. I've seen this on incarnata and Lady Margaret flowers also. Since that bloom opened, there have not been any others, but in a week or so there should be quite a few. The vine has a lot of buds at the same level of maturity, so they may open synchronously. I'll post some more pics when they open.
