Ugh, What an ugly word! I've been suffering with this very painful and debilitating condition for almost 17 months and have not been able to master it. On DG many folks have commented on also having it. The pain sure cuts into the gardening productivity. If you have this ailment and have had success in overcoming it, please post your experiences here. Also feel free to post if you are a fellow sufferer.
