Ginger lovers step up!

Brewers, KY(Zone 6b)

After seeing Mz M's posting on the photo forum of her blue ginger I was just in awe of the beauty! I love gingers in fact, I have a passion for gingers!! I have a cat named Ginger, I used to like Ginger on Gilligan's Island (snicker) and who could forget..Ginger Rogers and that yummy ginger bread man?? Oh yeah, we are talking about plants..sorry I got off a little bit there..heh heh..so do you grow gingers? What kind do you have? I am so fortunate to grow them in the ground here. They really shine in our heat and right now is the peak time for them. Tell me about your gingers...
