I did not see any Grackles today, and took this pic, may not be able to Id, but hey...Not sure if both male and female Rusty Black Bird's take on the winter plumage, my field guide did not say.

After looking a lil harder I think its a Rusty.
I'd say a Common Grackle - it has a grackle's tail; Rusty Blackbird has a shorter, square-ended tail.
