Mixes in-a-Jar recipes

Our family has agreed not to spend a lot of money this year on Christmas. During these hard times and the current economic crisis, I have decided to give food gifts. I have some recipes and would like some of your special recipes. Do you have any you can share? These are also good for emergency sustenance after a really bad disaster. I will look up the few I have and share if you would like in a later post. Thanks
