Don't know which one of you ladies posted the receipe and wanted top know if that was the one I use. I lost the e-mail, but yes it is. I use black walnuts and also I line my pan with wax paper, grease and flour it and then when you flip it over on to the tea towel with the powded sugar on just tear the wax paper off and roll up.
