I believe it is a Long tailed Skipper

Yeppers, Frostweed got it for you. A Long-tailed skipper indeed. If you have any legumes (beans, hog peanuts, blue pea vine, desmodium etc.) you might find eggs or caterpillars rolled up in the leaves. They use legumes as a larval host plant.
