My neighbor has about 13 dogs. They keep getting out of her fence. There are 5 of them in my yard right now. One of them on another occasion tried to attack me. Looked just like Cujo coming after me. I have cats and 2 dogs and am scared for them and myself. There is no leash law here. I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
