OK I confess I fell for the "please give me a good home" ploy , and now I have some Chinese cabbage and have no idea what to do with them?
I tried coleslaw today ...well not quite right.. plus I have 4 heads of regular cabbage on the counter begging to be used.
Anyone grow this ? and what do you use it for?
