This is our Euphorbia Trigona, approx. 10 years old Seattle, WA

It is not looking E trigona f. rubra.

It most like to E trigona,
I think it is grown in indoor area and if this plant growing in indoor then its red formation will not change too much like your plant.

It is a green variety of E.trigona.
