I knew it wasn't an orchid cactus but I knew someone here would recognize it. See, I was right! Looks like Huernia macrocarpa to me, not sure.

It's really hard for me to tell from your photo. I have one that was ID'd here on DG as H. schneideriana and it looks like your plant but some of them look so much alike!

I think plantlady is right. Huernia Schneideriana or Red Dragon's Flower. She ID mine for me :)
