Juno, TX, in Val Verde County
Could this be a Scott's or Bullock's Oriole? Both are on the local list as Uncommon. This is my only pic.

Look's more like a Kingbird not sure which though for south Texas area.
Possibly a kingbird, but that white eyebrow doesn't fit well. Could also be immature female Vermillion Flycatcher, though the yellow on the belly looks a mite intense for that.
