Here's the 2nd bird...thinking Eastern Phoebe but not sure

1st bird Palm Warbler, 2nd pick not sure it may be a Willow Flycatcher or an Eastern Wood Pewee, I can just make out wingbars which the Phoebe would not show.

Northumberland, United Kingdom(Zone 9a)

Ditto on Palm Warbler

Second is likely one of the Empidonax flycatchers, maybe Willow, maybe one of the others, but impossible to tell without song/calls or (preferably!!) a DNA test ;-) I'd say EWP can probably be counted out because of the white (not dusky) throat and lack on any hint of an eye ring.

Flycatcher's are a pain. I thought Willow or Pewee because I cant see an eye ring, (must be my eyes) maybe if the bird was looking down I might have seen that. At any rate I can see the Empid's are very tough bird's to Id.

Thanks
