Looks very much like my menatanthus 'fluminensis' (yellow gold fish). Here is a picture of mine....

Sorry, that is supposed to be Nematanthus, hit the wrong key.

Check the underside of your leaves, looks like the start of mealybugs, but could just be something else, not clear enough to me. ( the little white specs)

Wow and it gets yellow blooms, how very cute!
