possibly a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. I can't see it very well

Golden-crowned Kinglet - note the white supercilium, which Ruby-c doesn't have.

Sorry about the uncropped pic. I think Resin was right though, with the golden crowned, instead of the Ruby. I've cropped it up for you. It's a bit blurred, but i think it will be better for ID.

Yep, definite G-cK. Also note the black 'moustache' down below the eye.
