lily of the valley
anyone?
I think this is a hard time to do swaps of plants for a lot of people. Those of us in the north don't have much planting time left. Also, LOV are seen as undesirable invasives by many people. I love them, but when I plant them in the front gardens (in other words, anywhere other than behind the shed, where they won't have a chance of taking over anything), I put them in a sunken bottomless plastic container.
You can also contact the local florists in the area. Some times they will pay for the flowers, since they are very popular for bridal bouquets.
oh ok thxs was hoping to get some pink ones but i guess they arent as invasive as the white? or the variegated leaf ones arent invasive either? thxs for the info didnt htink of it that way
Wish I could help, but don't have what Aunt is looking for.
The verigated sounds so pretty!
I did get some pink ones in a trade this summer. Not enough to trade yet, but I'm hoping for good increases next year. I've seen the variegated ones, but don't have them. My guess is that they are too new for people to want to part with them!
Moretz, I have some of the "Victoria"
