This plumeria has a different fragrance than any of my other plumerias. It smells very much like 'Butterfly Ginger' to me.

Love the peach color... it actually reminds me of the butterfly ginger in Fiji that was all over the place... the smell was divine... that's a great plumeria :)

Wow, Brittany! You went to Fiji? Awesome. I used to have that color ginger at my old place, but I didn't take any with me when I moved.

Yea, that's the ginger that was everywhere... and you didn't take any?? I love Fiji... want to go back... plumeria growing everywhere like weeds... unfortunately it was 12 hours of plane flights to get there... sigh... beautiful though, I'd recommend it to anyone...

Nah -- I didn't have the time or energy to dig up some rhisomes, and I didn't know if I would have the room for them or not. I did buy some white butterfly ginger from Logee's though a little while ago. It's hard to do without that fragrance in the fall.

I would love to go to Fiji, but I don't think I could stand that long in a plane. For my honeymoon, we went to Paradise Island in the Bahamas -- this was before I was into plumerias -- and it took us 9 hours to get there. I think that is way too long for someone with chronic back pain to be sitting still! LOL!

Chronic back pain... nevermind... I was uncomfortable and have no pain issues...
