I love the color change on this one! Super large blooms! And the fragrance - out of this world! :)

'Native Habitat Double Peach!'
Hello Mike,
All of your pics are beautiful.

Does it hold it buds well or does it drop a lot of them? I am almost ready to toss Dream Angel because of dropping buds when there is the least weather change!!!! I have given it two years to prove itself. It has several buds on it now, but with all of the rain we are getting I expect them to drop.
Janice
How long did this one take to bloom. I had one for two years, it got taller and taller but never y'd. I tried taking the top 4 feet and rooting it but I finally gave up. Yours looks great.
Hey Mike,, I did not have and e-mail from you.
Janice
Mike I love this brug!!!! Is it in the ground?
Isn't this the one that smells like lemons?

Very pretty Mike. This is another one of mine that doesn't bloom until winter time, lol. Doesn't like the heat. Never even see any buds in the summer on it.
My 'Double Peach' is always darker than this.
Maybe my climate ..???
Could be climate or a different variety. I have several double peaches and when I ordered them they all just had double peach and not which one so I don't know which is what on mine. Very frustrating.
Aren't "Double Peach" and "Native Habitat" two different brugs? I am new this year, but have been reading everything, that I can find. They are listed as two different brugs, with double peach being the darker of the two, in the pictures anyway.

Native Habitat is the nursery that raised 'Double Peach'. They no longer sell brugmansias.
My plant came from them when they first released it. It is darker and different shaped than this.
My photo from long ago should still be in the Plant Files.
This brug looks more like 'Creamsickle' to me. Raised by Native Habitat, also.
I wonder if wherever this one came from got the two mixed up.
Thanks, for sharing that info Alice. It how we newbies learn.

The same double peach I had bloom so nice and evenly colored in the garage last winter bloomed outside last month and it was almost white with just some peachy splotches so the environment can greatly affect color. Even spring blooms and fall blooms in the same spot outside can vary greatly.
