OK.. any more takers out there... got Plumeria.. blooming soon...
I sure wish I could come to visit and see your rooftop spender, while taking home a few cuttings. Hope things are good with you and you sweet mom.
Cindy
Gordon, youre so generous.
Id gladly help if my health allowed.
Im scaling down myself as well.
Most of the people on my block now own a plumeria tree lol!!
only 300+ to go lol!
I still have 4 of the seedlings from Equador you sent as seeds.
Im repotting them next year and hopefully theyll bloom.
I hope you are well Gordon.
Peace,
Michael
No way Michael... not 300 with the block already full.. in pluiadelpia.. God.. what a hoot.. are you giving tours..Likely you're talking about the big plumerias from Panama.. although I did send a bunch of seeds out from the sides of the volcano in Nicaragua.. and around another sunken volcano lake there.. a year or so before ..
Cindy.... Gee.. I'd love for you to come see th e gardens here... I bet there would be enough cuttings of one thing or another ..to off set one way .. Mother is doing fine she says.. still.... after loosing her twin sister and daughter since you saw her last year..she has one of her DesD's sons [ and girlfriend ] there to watch over .. and get some help from.. and she has Chester.. a bengal that lost it's hindfoot in an umbical cordaccident at birth... she manages him...as her favorite.. oh3 outdoor cats... 4 -6 Queens.. always giving birth.. a kennel of available male bengals.. andfor canines...a house dog... and another 10 or so in the kennel.. coccers always giving birth.. and she'll stay up and deliver atthe drop of a hat.. or any other signs of difficulty.. and hend feed any reluctant eaters.. or for mothers with any milk problems.. she must be doing ok if the 3 dozen animals are also.. wish I could get her to go about with me more.. maybe in the spring... Plumerias going fast I'd have hoped.....
Glad to hear that she is still up and going around her place. I hope you are talking domesticated bengals, not the large feral kind nor a Cincinnati football player.
Sorry for her loss too. That must have been very hard. Losing a twin is losing you best friend too. Tell her I asked about her.
yes it was Panama ;)
Gordon, I have a cousin in Brooklyn. She is by the hospital (I think). I will ask her if she is interested if you still have some...
well... LLili.. we've a few hospitals here.... she can get some and hold them for you.. or she's welcome to visit and see if she can like some.. too.. first come... first served..
Sorry Gordon but I wont be able to come get them as I am stuck in bed with the flu sicker than a dog.
James
OH..James... cut an onion.. peal it.. stick a fork in it.. stand it up in a jar by your bed..and it will catch your germs.. it's an old black plague trick..
then get better.. there will be some here when your better.. I've a few more weeks of good weather.. after yours turns up there... you're back in Saugerties are you...
Yes I am who knows when i will be well arent you going to do that roof top room again this year i would wash off the soil from the roots and just place them i there my friend down in pensacola use to put them in her garage.
LOL Gordon. I have no idea where she is at in Brooklyn then. I didn't pay any attention when I visited last year. But I had fun walking to the flea market on Sunday. I love some of the homes that have the small little garden in the front. It's a very nice area.
