Dehydrating vegetables for soup bases

Trying to get a nice veggie soup stock in the store is almost impossible. I got Tomato powder from Penzy Spice that is really good, but would like to add some more possibles now that Farmers Market time is ending and I want to put by some basics for the winter which is coming so quickly.
Any idea on dehydration of carrots, beans, peppers etc to make a dry stock or a recipe of veggies to throw together and cook down to heavy stock to freeze?
