Take it from me, don't ever microwave jalapeno peppers. We had to turn the fan on, open all the doors and get the animals out of the house and leave. That wasn't working very good, so we grabbed the peppers out of the microwave and ran them outside. Maybe if you did one or 2, but we were trying to dry them. They had been in the convection oven for about 8 hours and still weren't dry. We first just put slits in them. Then cut them in half and laid them open. Nothing was working.
If someone has the answer to this I would love to hear it.
